Can I change the number of people included in the reservation?
Of course. However, all changes must be made as far in advance (up to 48h) and involve, probably, changes in prices, since they were calculated taking into consideration the insurance and the number of people.
How do I make a reservation?

Order with as many details as possible.
We will respond with all possible brevity confirming the availability or suggest another date for booking.
We assure you that we will make every possible effort to ensure that your plan is fully observed; however, if there are reasons to justify it, to Porto on Wheels may have to change routes or departure times or arrival or even cancel for unforeseen reasons, without the customer is entitled to any compensation or reimbursement.
The activities presented are only examples, so when the customer requests it, any item can be changed to your liking and provided new program with the respective budget.

All tours include Liability Insurance and Personal Accident required by Turismo de Portugal, which are guaranteed by the insurance company Liberty Seguros.
How they work the reserves?
Should book as far in advance as possible so that we can plan our services. Once you receive confirmation of availability should book as soon as possible.
If you book until a week before we request the payment of 40% and the rest up to 2 days before the tour;
If you book less than a week in advance after confirmation of n / availability, shall pay the entire tour up to 2 days before it.
Any tour is only made upon receipt of the respective values. The company reserves the right to cancel any registration for which payment has not been made in accordance with these conditions.
How can I cancel a tour Port on wheels?
To cancel just contact us and request its annulment. If you cancel up to a week before the return of all payments that you have made so far will be made.
Cancellations made up to 2 days prior will be refunded by 50%. After this period will not be refunded any amount, as already all bookings were made.
How can I pay my tour Port on wheels?
Prices listed are per person.
The company performs tours with minimum of 2 adults.
You can pay through Paypal, credit card, MB, Verisign Secured or by bank transfer.
Prices are available in n / site and already include VAT.
The timing is only for my group or several?
May happen both. You must notify us if you want a personalized tour, or if you prefer to share it and thus meet other people.
How to make a complaint?
The company is not responsible for any services provided by third parties, that all claims must be made by customers from the service providers.
